Junior Pizza Chef Terms and Conditions

1. Price: PHP 399.00 per participant.

2. Inclusions:

   • Use of Spring Pool, Kayak, Monkey Bridge, and Practice Archery.
   • 8-Inch Pizza and Ingredients (Mozzarella Cheese, Pizza Sauce, Black Olives, Ham, Pepperoni, Pineapple).
   • Chef Costume (Chef Hat and Apron).
   • Certificate of Completion.

3. Waiver of Liability:
   By participating in the Junior Pizza Chef activity, parents/guardians agree to waive any legal actions against Davao Bamboo Sanctuary and Ecological Park for any harm or injury that may occur during the activity, including but not limited to food poisoning, allergic reactions, or other related incidents. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s participation in the activity.

4. Non-Refundable Policy:
   All bookings are final once payment is made. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

   • No On-the-Day Cancellations: Bookings cannot be canceled or refunded on the scheduled day of the activity.
   • Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule their booking once, provided they inform us via our official Facebook page. Reschedule requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

6. Late Arrival:
   Participants must arrive between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. If a participant fails to arrive within this time frame, they will still receive their pizza, but the pizza-making session will take place at their own table if the group session has already concluded.
