TERMS and CONDITIONS

Down Payment Requirement
A 50% down payment is required to confirm and secure your booking. Reservations are not considered confirmed until this payment is received.

Submission of Required Documents
The signed contract, final package choice, and chosen meal sets must be submitted to the officer in charge, account handler, or marketing manager at least 10 days before the actual event date. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking or additional charges.

Rebooking Policy
Clients are allowed to rebook once within the month of December 2024 only. The client should notify their booking agent 7 days before the actual event date. This option is not available for any other months aside from what is indicated or advertised. The rebooking is subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on the new date chosen.

Minimum Guest Count and Additional Charges
Fees are calculated based on a minimum of 30 persons. If your group consists of fewer than 30 persons, you may incur additional charges calculated differently from the original package rate. Kindly send us a message on our Facebook page or email davaobamboo@gmail.com for additional information. This booking platform can only calculate booking with minimum of 30 persons.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the down payment is non-refundable. However, the client may rebook once as outlined in the rebooking policy above.

Final Payment
The remaining balance must be settled within the scheduled booking date. For Purchase Orders, payments must be done within specified allowable number of months indicated in the contract.

Modification of Packages
Any changes to the chosen package or meal sets must be communicated no later than 10 days before the event date. Any modifications beyond this point may not be accommodated or may incur extra charges.

Force Majeure
The company shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability
The company is not responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss of belongings during the event.

Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the booking, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
